Pilates 30 min Full Body Toning Workout

Pilates Ab Workout
Hey Pilates Lovers! I have had a lot of requests for another ab video so here it is! Working on our abs is so much more important than just having a tight toned stomach. Strong abs helps support your spine, gives you stability and helps support your posture, and this all becomes more important the older we get. Pilates 2 Week Challenge - Day Eight
Hey Pilates Lovers, Welcome to day eight and well done for getting through the first week :) Only 7 days today so we are now on the home stretch! Today we will be using some hand weights, I add these in to get extra resistance and feel more burn! Normally I would be using some light dumbbells that weigh around 1.2kg - 1.5kg (2.64 lbs to 3.30 lbs), but I know a lot of us may not have access to these, so instead today I will be using 1 litre (0.26417 US Gallons) water bottles to substitute. If you do not have some bottles you could use, you can also use what ever is in your pantry, such as two cans of beans, and of course you can drop the weights as an option. Pilates 2 Week Challenge - Day Seven
Hey Pilates Lovers, Thank you for coming back to day seven of the 2 week challenge, well done for getting half way through! I hope you have all recovered from day 6! Today we will be going through a full body flow, bringing together the upper, lower and back body. If your muscles are feeling sore, don't forget to do some stretching before and after each workout. I have been doing an epsom salt bath after my some exercises which helps me with recovery.
